Abstract :
In this paper, a new method of speed estimation for sensorless vector control of induction motor is introduced. This method is based on dynamic mathematical model of induction motor and torque current differential plays an important role in this method. The estimated speed can be used as feedback signal for speed closed loop and to make up of speed sensorless vector control system for induction motor with current closed loop. A simulation model is established in MATLAB. The obtained results are approved to be correct and effective. The system that uses this method has been developed and encouraging experiment results have also been obtained.
