Abstract :
The authors demonstrated a complete organic field-effect transistor (OFET) on plastic with CNTs used as source, drain, and gate electrodes. CNT films are readily obtained over large areas by airbrushing and patterned either using shadow masks or via photolithography and reactive ion etching. Pentacene contacted by CNT source/drain electrodes shows moderate mobility (up to 0.1 cm2/Vs) and low contact resistance.
