Abstract :
In this paper, delay-independent stability of linear differential delay systems is considered. The continuous time model of MIMO-NCS is established. This close-loop model is essential a zero input linear continuous time-invariant system with multi-delays. Based on the 2nd Lyapunov method, delay-independent stability of MIMO-NCS is investigated and sufficient condition for system to be uniformly asymptotically stable is derived. The conditions are of a form that is readily computable and the conclusions obtained here have less conservative and do not involve any stability assumption.
