Abstract :
This paper presents two new circuit topologies of DC busline side active edge resonant snubber assisted soft-switching PWM high frequency AC link full-bridge DC-DC converter acceptable for 200V-rms and 400V-rms utility AC mains. All the power switches in the full-bridge arms and DC busline can turns on with ZCS turn-on and turn-off with ZVS and the switching power losses of all the switches can be reduced for high-frequency switching PWM. Each operating principle of the proposed soft-switching PWM DC-DC converter with a high frequency planner transformer link is described, together with the experimental performances
