Abstract :
The paper proposes a remote power meter reading system based on Bluetooth and GPRS technology. It introduces the overall structure and work flow of the system, and elaborates on the hardware and software design of the various components in the system. This system is not only used in the electricity sector, but also provides a technical solution for the water meter reading, gas meter reading, smart home and security.
