Abstract :
The authors describe a computer approach to solve the stationary oscillations produced in nonlinear forced oscillating circuit driven by several external signals. The technique described is essentially based on the combined concepts of Fourier analysis and the harmonic balance method. The authors treat complicated oscillations in which there exist many components of frequencies, such as free-running frequency, driving frequencies, their sum and difference frequencies, and their harmonics. One of the advantages of the technique is that it is possible to obtain the solutions in less computation time compared to common simulation techniques. Schottky-diode analysis is considered as an example.<>
