Abstract :
The paper gave the research on the liaison and collaboration of leadership with the organizational culture in the enterprises system. On the basis of analysis for the three stages of collaboration, the paper generalizes five collaborative mechanisms between leadership and organizational culture, which are integration, fitting, coupling, evolution and succession.
