The possibility of producing dense parts through pressure rheocasting using the wrought aluminum alloy was discussed in this paper. Some research was carried out mainly on the mechanical properties and structure of 7075 wrought aluminum alloy through rheocasting using the technique of liquid forging and cooling-slope. Preheated cooling-slope was used to get semi-solid slurry and directly used to form parts with advanced liquid forging technique under three pressure levels (80MPa, 87MPa, 95MPa). The samples were treated under three different heat treatments (T5, T6 and T7). It was observed that the tensile strength does not go up with the increase of pressure levels. The relationship between tensile strength and solution treatments was not obvious, but different aging treatments had apparent effects on the elongation.
