Abstract :
We describe approaches that the Global Earth Observation System of Systems (GEOSS) is employing to achieve interoperability among its component systems and give an overview of the GEOSS Interoperability Process Pilot Project (IP3). The IP3 is contributing to the development of the GEOSS architecture by exercising core GEOSS components and processes.
