Abstract :
Changing supply function (CSF) is an important technique for the explicit construction of a Lyapunov function for nonlinear cascade-connected systems. This paper gives a refined formulation of this technique for supply functions in superposition form. An interesting application is to bring a Lyapunov function in superposition form for nonlinear systems, which is indispensable in most adaptive control design.
