Welcome to the 2010 5th international Design and Test Workshop (IDT´10) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This fifth IDT Workshop provides unique forum in the Middle East and Africa Region for researchers and practitioners in the area of VLSI Design, Test, and Fault Tolerance to gather to discuss new research ideas and present new research results.
