Abstract :
The paper deals with a software tool based on electronic circuit simulator SPICE for computer analysis of electrothermal processes during thermal energy harvesting. In the work compact models of a thermoelectric generator (TEG) and a wireless sensor node (WSN) are shown. They both constitute a virtual environment for estimation and predicting of available electrical power that can be harvested from waste heat energy sources and next used to powering WSN and pervasive computing devices.
