  • Abstract
    A scheme for implementing a N-port circulator using summers is presented. This philosophy can be adopted in both the analog and digital implementation of an N-port circulator. For the analog case, a compensation type summer with minimum phase error is presented. A three-port circulator for an ISDN basic access hybrid circuit is given as an example. It is integratable and has minimum phase error
