Abstract
Algorithms and methodologies for the synthesis of CMOS operational amplifiers with applications to switched-capacitor (SC) networks are presented. The operational amplifier is specified by a set of requirements for a switched-capacitor block or an operational amplifier itself. The topology of the amplifier is formed through a decision-decomposition tree which contains typical operational amplifier submodules. The result is evaluated and can be modified with SPICE. The final netlist is used in layout synthesis. A design example is given
