Abstract :
A method for model reduction preserving design specification parameters for a class of linear dynamic systems is described. First, the structure of original model is shown, and a lower-order model retaining the design specification parameters is proposed. Secondly, the admissible class of the original model for which the proposed lower-order model serves as a reduced model is considered. Furthermore, the particular case is discussed where the lower-order model coincides with the original model. Finally, an illustrative example is shown
