Abstract :
An electronic micro-controlled data based system has been applied as a method for 1D samples orientation and the quality control through electric light sensors. The database obtained from experts have been applied for the pattern recognition of the 1D control and monitoring process. The method has been applied to the control of rods orientation and quality monitoring for a milling cut process. The result is an algorithm of control and quality monitoring that can been easily implemented in a low cost microcontroller
