Abstract :
Contents robots currently provide various fairy tales, comics and songs to audiences. However, existing contents displaying method through the robot is mostly linear and fixed. For entertainment purposes, it is necessary to display contents in various styles according to the userpsilas interaction to the robot. In this paper, we propose human robot interaction methods in viewing comics by re-coloring the foreground and background objects according to userpsilas facial expression such as happiness, sadness, fear and anger. Our method is robust for a modest computational cost. Desirable facial-expression based re-coloring results are obtained.
