Abstract :
The authors discuss previously published stability conditions (see L.M. Roytman et al., Proc. 20th Asilomer Conf. on Signal, Systems, Computer, 1987). It is pointed out that the relaxed Dautov sufficient condition drawn by Roytman is not necessary for stability, that its proof for a necessary condition is questionable, and that the solution it supports is not correct
