Abstract
The paper proposes a digital compensation by imposing real-time compensation voltage to Vin Pin of VCOXCO while device vibrating. The embedded digital compensating circuit includes a MEMS three-axes acceleration sensor, a FPGA and a D/A converter. G-sensitivity vector can be computed based on the MEMS sensor. A proportion digital compensation model is built to generate voltage which can compensate frequency drift and perturbation caused by acceleration.
