Abstract :
A new SoC-based hardware architecture for interactive watercolor paint simulation based on the lattice Boltzmann fluid dynamics simulation model is presented. A scalable proof-of-concept FPGA based hardware prototype achieves a VGA framerate of 60 fps with a resolution of 160×120.
