Abstract :
This paper is concerned with the exponential stability of the zero solution of a quasi-linear differential equation in a Banach space, it is proved that the quasi-linear non-autonomous differential equation is exponentially stable if and only if the associated linear non-autonomous differential equation is exponentially stable.
