Abstract :
A new scheme for recognition of working condition is proposed based on fuzzy reasoning and soft sensor in the foundation of analyzing the rotary kiln hood characteristics. In this scheme, the key parameters which can not be measured on-line are identified current conditions by a double RBF neural network based on soft-sensor identification. Fuzzy recognition is used to recognize the change tendency and real-time state of pivotal craft parameters. The system outputs the species of current working condition after fuzzy reasoning, practice in factory shows the correctness and practicability of the scheme.
