Abstract :
A novel digital current sharing scheme for inverters parallel operation is proposed and discussed. The new scheme is based on controller area network (CAN). This scheme eliminates the circumfluence which is produced by the difference of inverters´ voltage amplitudes. A key feature of the scheme is that it uses CAN to transmit parameters among inverters. It is important in high reliability inverters parallel operation system where system operation can be maintained in noisy environments. The mathematic model of the scheme is deduced and some representative experimental results are also presented. The results show that it can improve the capacity, reliability and redundancy of inverters parallel operation system
