Abstract :
Based on introduction of the theory of traditional aviation maintenance, the concept of the AMCAE (aviation maintenance computer aided engineering) is put forward. It constructs the cooperation environment which can optimize aviation maintenance processes based on data driven. It also is an integrated training solution, simulator and control technique to smooth aviation maintenance activities. It is made up of engineering numerical analysis sub-system, process optimization sub-system, structure intensity control and life-time evaluation sub-system and dynamic simulation analysis subsystem, etc.. Comparing maintenance operational procedures based on CAE mode with traditional aviation maintenance process, an evaluation system using CAE philosophy has been developed to aid purchasing or repairing spare parts in detail. It is believed that advantages of CAE technology will become increasingly significant.
