Abstract :
Aiming at a wide application range of controller, a design method of reconfigurable controller was presented for AC position servo systems (ACPSS) based on permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). In this controller, each of control loops adopts several control strategies. Their characteristics and parameter´s calculation methods were analyzed in detail in this paper. The closed-loop bandwidth´s range of each control loop, anti-disturbance ability and precision of position servo in ACPSS were also analyzed, and a classification table about them has been obtained. On the base of these analyses, a method that regroups control strategies to form new controller was proposed. Some simulation results show that the application range of this controller is wider than that of conventional controller
