  • Abstract
    The authors propose to fabricate the black matrix using the same self-aligned process used for forming tricolor filters. They discuss the possibility of 1/400 duty ratio operation, in order to decrease the number of driving ICs and simplify the assembly of the driving ICs and the LC cell.<>
