Abstract
The paper describes a testbed developed for track-while-scan (TWS) algorithm evaluation and comparison in laboratory conditions. The main features are: a number of single and multiple-target air-to-air engagements scenarios; five deceptive jamming techniques (chaff, RGPO, VGPO, combined RGPO and VGPO, multiple false targets); JEM effect; realistic airborne pulse-Doppler radar model with selectable false alarm rate, finite sensor resolution, Doppler notch filters, etc
