Abstract :
The stator of the linear magnetic flux compression generator (LMFCG) consists of a helical coil, epoxy (insulator) and a casing, of which the helical coil is the key part. In order to grasp the detailed state about the helical coil under the impact of pulsed current, a 3D solid model of the helical coil was set up and the magnetic-structural coupling analysis of coil was carried out.
