Abstract :
We demonstrate a 2 /spl sigma/ violation of a form of Bell´s inequality using polarization-entangled photons generated and detected in the 1550 nm telecom band. Polarization-entangled photon pairs are produced by pumping a nonlinear-fiber Sagnac interferometer with orthogonally-polarized pulses.
