Abstract :
Project was the main operating mechanism of modern marketing system. This paper analyzed that project team can be divided into the functions of commercial project team, and the strategy of the project team. They were supported by project office. Project teams of marketing system played four roles: special resource provider, competitive resource provider, innovation resource provider and resource competitor-cooperator. The paper analyzes that the nature of transaction cost in and between project teams are determined and the organization mechanism in and between them, They can be chosen appropriately.
