Abstract :
The integrity analysis of the PCB signal has already seemed to be more important due to the use of high-speed clock, high-speed signal delivers, high definition, high-speed spare part. In the paper, signal integrity analysis of the rules is set up, at the same time, the rules are introduced to set the signal integrity analysis and the analysis process by 4 Port Serial Intefface. PcbDoc examples in Protel 2004. The testing results show that high-speed circuit design and signal integrity-based PCB design are feasible and necessary.
