Abstract :
In this study, a neuron model designed with symmetrical multi-input OTA is presented. The behaviour of this circuit model of a single neuron has been examined and confirmed by SPICE simulations. The main advantage of this model respect with the other models in literature, that implementation size is small for VLSI technology and the weight of each input (synapse) can be controlled with bias voltages that are able to be changed dynamically
