Abstract :
Summary form only given. Recent outstanding experiments on light pulse storage in resonant atomic media have opened a new promising direction in quantum information processing. One of basic concepts is the dark state polariton, which can be considered as a dark state of atoms in a field of one coherent and one quantized modes. Motivated by these results, this study tries to find the most general form of dark states in a combined system "atoms+quantized field".
