Abstract :
The technology of the coke oven heating up is complicated and difficult. The process of coke oven heating up is complicated and has many temperature measurement points, which supervision and control of the process is difficult. There were many factors which effect the change of the temperature. According to the change of temperature in the process, the supervision and control system of coke oven heating up was designed based on fuzzy control. The automatic supervision and control and data management were realized in the system. The system improved the production efficiency, and effectively ensured the process operations. The system has extremely practical value.
