Abstract :
This four-quadrant analog multiplier is based on the square-law technique using multi-input floating-gate MOS (MFMOS) devices or /spl nu/MOS. Input dynamic range is 100% of the supply-voltage with <0.5% total-harmonic distortion (THD)and <0.2% nonlinearity under full-scale conditions.
