Abstract :
As the rapid development of SNS applications, a uniform topic analysis on different media data is very important for emergency management and decision-making. In this paper, a cross-media topic analysis framework is proposed to solve problems of cross-media data modeling, associated topic reasoning and integrated search. On this basis, a food safety emergency monitoring system is established to meet the needs of food safety emergency management in complex decision-making environment.
