Abstract
In today´s economy and society, performance analyses in the services industries have attracted more and more attention. This article introduces the compromised Input & Output-oriented DEA to the research on pure technical efficiency of HuNan province rural credit cooperatives in 2008. The results showed that Changsha, Xiangtan, Henyang, Zizhizhou and Zhangjiajie are efficient. But Zhuzhou, Shaoyang, Yueyang, Yiyang, Changde, Loudi, Chenzhou, Yongzhou and Huaihua are inefficient.
