Abstract :
In order to improve the poor nature of user experience, data transfer efficiency between module, coupling for Enterprise Asset Management(EAM) system, this paper designs and implements a communication model based on Silverlight and Windows Communication Foundation(WCF) in EAM system. The model builds client by using Silverlight to enhance the user experience; it packages business logic by using WCF services, Silverlight application in client calls WCF services through a proxy. This can improve data transmission efficiency and reduce the coupling between system modules. The practice shows that using the communication model can effectively improve communication mechanism for EAM system, improve running efficiency of the system and meet growing customer demand.
