            Abstract :
The rotor unbalance is one of the most frequent faults in rotary machine. It is very important to make dynamic balancing test and adjustment for the rotor. Using NI9233, a four-channel simultaneous data acquisition module, and LabVIEW8.2, a convenient and available virtual dynamic balancing instrument is developed. With four- channel full-period simultaneous sampling of NI9233, the signals of vibration and rotating speed can be acquired. Single-plane or two-plane dynamic balancing can be completed via the influence coefficient method. The experiment shows that the virtual dynamic balancing instrument is accurate in balancing and convenient in use.
