Abstract
The AFLC quality implementation initiative is designated QP4, (Quality=People+Process+Performance+Product). The efforts of Air Force Logistics Command (AFLC) to successfully implement QP4 are described. The essence of quality leadership is developing a vision and a clear understanding of what one is trying to achieve. The AFLC vision, predictable stages of AFLC quality evolution, and the strategies designed to successfully implement QP4 within AFLC are discussed
