Abstract :
In this paper, a similar voice coil motor dual-axes precision platform is proposed. The voice coil motor consist with coil and permanent. Actuator theoremis due to the repelling force between the coil and the magnets affixed to the pad, and thrust is twice while making the platform operate, improve the shortcoming of voice coil motor with low thrust. Its stroke is 50 mm times 50 mm. First, the dynamic model is derived and analyzed. Next, an adaptive sliding mode controller is established. From simulation and experimental results, possible implementation, and satisfactory performance, and have been demonstrated.
