  • Abstract
All the evidences have point out that the educational technology abilities of teachers have been becoming one of the important qualities of teachers and pre-teachers. So countries over the world have developed many methods to cultivate the student´s educational technology abilities. On the other hand, it hardly to say what the effects this methods can achieve without educational technology evaluation. In other words, evaluation of students´ educational technology abilities is more important during this development. This paper has designed a method to evaluate the students´ educational technology abilities. This evaluation method involved two fields and two dimensions to recognize the student´s educational technology abilities, which make this method is more different from the traditional evaluation methods. And finally, we have constructed a web application based on this method by using java technology, and we have verified its capacities and qualities through using it by some chosen students.
