  • Abstract
    Security is the most basic demand of human being. Every country in the world attaches much importance to the security, especially the public security. One country that wants to obtain continuous, long and stable development must take man as the end, build up the scientific concept of development, and place prominently important emphasis on security. In this paper, we put forward the method, thought and content of integration of GIS and decision model system to expect to establish a comparatively complete research framework of police emergency response system based on integration of GIS and decision model to offer theoretical and practical base for the development of future police emergency response system, on the basis of summarizing predecessors´ research fruits, under the guidance of systematic science, emergency science and decision theory, regarding police emergency response system as the research object, on the basis of determination of connotation and denotation of police emergency system and taking establishment of relevant assistant decision model system as the core.
