  • Abstract
    According to statistics, every day there is lots of private slaughtered meat into the market in China, which has threatened customerspsila health seriously. According to analyzing the operational processes of pig transaction markets and slaughterhouses, this paper finds the main problems in pork circulation management and proposes a meat supply chain surveillance scheme based on RFID technology. This scheme is divided into two parts, which are pig transaction market management and pork circulation management, and elaborates the specific applications of RFID in pig transaction market, pig slaughterhouse, pork retail process and pork quarantine management. With this scheme, industrial and commercial bureau can stop private slaughtered pork into the market to protect customerspsila legitimate rights and interests by thoroughly mastering the source and whereabouts of pork.
