Abstract :
This paper presents a new design for a fully dielectric microwave Lens. The proposed 94GHz lens is silicon-based and has an efficiency of ~40%. By using side grating for reflection the lens size has been cut into half. The whole structure was optimized using Genetic Algorithm.
