  • Abstract
    Due to the rapid growth in the demand of Cloud Computing technologies and services, the fast and easy deployment of the Cloud environment and software has become mandatory to the providers. To help tackling such an issue, the Ezilla, which is considered as a private Cloud toolkit, has been developed by the Per Comp Team in the National Center for High-performance Computing (NCHC), Taiwan. The Ezilla integrates the de facto Cloud middleware, Ceph distributed file system, and coordinated cloud infrastructure -- Open Stack Swift storage project to form Ezilla-Swift service. Ezilla-Swift is a private Cloud toolkit with ability of file sync and share. Ezilla-Swift not only provides a reliable data management mechanism, but also has high performance data transfer efficiency. Moreover, the automatic installation and configuration are further simplified by the designed scripts so Ezilla greatly meets the requirements of most Cloud users.
