Abstract
An electroformed copper device featuring a single row of sub-wavelength apertures surrounded by a series of corrugations with commensurate periods is demonstrated. Super extraordinary transmission is observed for this hybrid device, where surface plasmon polaritons excited by both the periodic corrugations and the aperture array, combine.
