Abstract :
We present simulations, fabrication and characterization of multilayer filters for THz frequency applications. Cascaded layers of symmetrical and asymmetrical frequency selective filters were investigated. The proposed filters exhibited superior transmission characteristics when compared to conventional devices based on single layers.
