Abstract :
The strictly passive control problem is studied for time-delay singular systems. A time-delay singular system and a time-delay singular system with the norm bounded uncertainty are discussed respectively. Based on Lyapunov function, a sufficient condition is firstly formulated in terms of strict linear matrix inequalities (LMI) such that the system is admissible and strictly passive. Then state feedback controller is constructed such that closed-loop system is admissible and strictly passive. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
