Abstract :
Quality Control is an important aspect of quality management in manufacturing process. Quality control process usually demands multiple input and produces multiple outputs. The mathematical model of optimization efficiency is established and based on minimum-input and maximum- output DEA method to evaluate more than one homogeneous decision-making unit. Matlab is used to solve scheduling problem of relative efficiency among homogeneous decision-making units based on linear programming DEA in the research. The experimental data shows that the method is better than traditional ones, and it does optimate analysis process and automatical control.
